Certificate II in Resources and Infrastructure Work Preparation
This hands-on qualification builds the core skills needed for entry-level roles in mining exploration, drilling, petroleum, and construction. It’s designed as a launchpad into the resources and infrastructure sector, preparing you for further study at Certificate III level within the RII Training Package. Attendance Requirements (subject to change) Industry Conditions and Skills You will need practical hands-on aptitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy skills and a basic understanding of concepts including measurements, volumes, levels, ratios, pressure, temperatures and chemicals. Ability to complete written work in the form of job cards and workbook and computer skills for online activities and tasks.
