Our Career Studio tools use artificial intelligence to assist with writing and improving application materials. To deliver these features, we use trusted AI providers, currently OpenAI and Google Gemini.

  • What may be sent: Content you provide to AI features (e.g., role descriptions, CV sections, covering text, prompts) may be securely transmitted to these providers for processing. If you include identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone) in your prompts or documents, those details may also be transmitted as part of the request.
  • Minimisation: Where feasible, we limit or remove identifiers before transmission and only send the minimum necessary to fulfil your request.
  • Purpose limitation: AI providers process data solely to generate the requested outputs and are bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
  • No training of public models: Your data is not used by these providers to train public AI models.
  • Overseas processing: Data may be processed outside Australia (including the United States). We use providers that implement appropriate privacy and security safeguards.
  • Human oversight: AI outputs are not used to make solely automated decisions about you. You can edit or disregard outputs.
