Certificate IV Program in IT (Systems Administration Support) - Industry Work Experience Program

Learn remote desktop support skills while undertaking work experience at DXC Technology. At the start of the course you will undertake induction training full-time for 3 weeks covering work-placement guidelines, service-desk culture, communication techniques, call simulations and remote desktop simulations. You will then present for work experience at DXC Technology for 2 to 3 days per week over a 6-month period. Entry Recommendations This is not an entry level qualification. We recommend that you have completed a Certificate III in Information Technology or another relevant course or have substantial industry experience before starting this course.
