Our nationally recognised BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is designed to progress your career to the next level. You’ll learn transferable leadership skills, which will take you from team member to manager. Yes, they are! With Open Colleges, you’re in charge. There are no exams, or set timetables, so you can learn at your own pace. This means that if you have the time, you can dedicate more hours a week to studying and finish your course earlier. Or you can choose to study without pressure over a longer period of time. Unlike a TAFE, which is government owned, Open Colleges is a privately owned RTO (Registered Training Organisation.) This means that we are an independent entity, and we don’t receive any government funding. For this reason, our courses are not free.
