National Reinforced Concrete are a specialist structures contractor delivering a variety of industrial, commercial and civil works. Scope of services includes earthworks, formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement. Due to project growth, we are looking to expand our team and are currently hiring formworkers to help deliver major projects across Perth.

Key Responsibilities

Sound knowledge of Peri Trio wall form systems, along with experience with table form decks, will be critical.

Formworkers

• Interpret and work from construction drawings, formwork designs, and set out points to build formwork accurately.

• Construct and install formwork for footings, columns, walls and decks.

• Conduct pre-pour inspections and rectify issues to ensure readiness for concrete placement.

• Strip formwork safely without damaging finished concrete surfaces,

• Work closely with crane crews, spotters, dogmen, and supervisors to ensure safe lifting sequences.

• Conduct pre-lift checks on gear.

• Ensure exclusion zones and barricades are established and maintained.

• Participate in critical lift planning, including toolbox talks and safe work briefings.

• Adhere to safety procedures and best practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong experience in multi-story construction projects.

• Proven experience in shuttering.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• At least 3 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry.

• Available work references.

• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual labour.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

• Able to work efficiently within a team and meet production targets.
