About your role
As a Food Services Officer – Redland Residential Care, you will support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality food services for residents, staff and visitors.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare, assemble and distribute meals and beverages
- Deliver meals accurately and efficiently to residents
- Support kitchen and food service operations as required
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
- Assist with stock handling, rotation and storage activities
- Operate equipment safely and complete required records
- Follow dietary requirements and allergen management processes
- Provide respectful and professional customer service
- Participate in quality improvement and safety activities
