About your role

As a Food Services Officer – Redland Residential Care, you will support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality food services for residents, staff and visitors.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare, assemble and distribute meals and beverages
  • Deliver meals accurately and efficiently to residents
  • Support kitchen and food service operations as required
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
  • Assist with stock handling, rotation and storage activities
  • Operate equipment safely and complete required records
  • Follow dietary requirements and allergen management processes
  • Provide respectful and professional customer service
  • Participate in quality improvement and safety activities
