Our people are customer obsessed. They prioritise the needs and satisfaction of the customer above all else. Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Partner with colleagues and stakeholders both internal and external to ensure timely delivery of required services and outcomes.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in Workers Compensation Claims Management for self insured workplaces, preferably in the Comcare scheme.
  • Demonstrate empathy, resilience and sound judgement in Claims Management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical knowledge of the SRC Act, claims management frameworks, systems and processes.
  • Understand and apply effective planning, coordination and review methods to drive quality claims management outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualification in an Allied Health, Legal or Business-related discipline desirable.
