We're looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our People, Spaces & Sustainability team on a 3-month daily rate contract with an immediate start. This is an opportunity to step straight into a collaborative and purpose-led environment, partnering with leaders and delivering practical people solutions that help create great experiences for our people.

What you'll bring

You'll partner with leaders across the business, providing guidance on a broad range of people matters, including:

• Employee relations, performance management and workplace issues.
• Award interpretation, people policies and employment-related advice.
• Coaching and supporting leaders to build capability and confidence.
• Using people insights and data to drive better outcomes.
• Contributing to employee lifecycle activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

You'll be a curious, collaborative and commercially minded HR professional with:

• Previous experience in a People Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for creating great employee experiences
