Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CFO, including task management, diary and travel coordination, email/phone triage, research, and information sourcing.
Produce high‐quality reports, business papers, correspondence, and presentations, and organise functions, events, workshops, and meetings.
Oversee administrative operations for the CFO and Business Function (purchasing cards, banking, filing, intranet updates, delegations, approvals, accommodation, contractor onboarding/offboarding, timesheets, etc.).
Supervise the Senior Administration Officer and contribute to improving administrative processes across UnitingCare, while providing support to Business Support Services as required.
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies. This may include Nationally Coordinated Police Check, Right to Work in Australia
Values & relationships: Commitment to organisational values, ability to build strong relationships across staff and volunteers, and contribute to a positive team culture; holds (or is working toward) a relevant tertiary qualification.

Manage governance responsibilities such as preparing and collating Board/meeting papers, agendas, minutes, supporting documents, and tracking action items.
Perform additional duties as needed in line with service requirements and the scope of the role.
Executive support & communication: 3–5 years senior executive support experience; strong written and verbal communication; confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels (including Board, CEO, ELT); ability to compose correspondence; excellent interpersonal skills; strong spelling and grammar.
Organisation & workload management: Highly organised with strong prioritisation, multitasking and time‐management skills; able to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, work independently or in a team, and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment; strong problem‐solving, initiative, and creativity.
Administration & coordination: Experience organising workshops/meetings, preparing agendas and papers; ability to support finance environments; experience with purchasing functions in ERP systems; familiarity with health, aged care, community services or not‐for‐profit sectors; some change/communications experience.
Technical skills: Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
