About the role

We are looking for a Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Training & Compliance Coordinator, you will coordinate and strengthen Agency (livestock, wool and grain) training and compliance to lift capability, reduce operational risk, and align development pathways with Agency profitability and demand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Agency training calendar, enrolments and logistics (virtual and face-to-face) for defined programs
  • Maintain training materials, facilitator guides and learning pathways within the relevant systems
  • Coordinate the compliance content and delivery approach in line with Agency requirements
  • Maintain pragmatic compliance standards and supporting documentation, ensuring the communication of requirements to the relevant cohorts
  • Track completion, overdue items and exceptions; providing reports to Agency leadership and regional leaders
  • Support action management for compliance remediation, including audit requests and evidence gathering
  • Streamline training administration, templates and communications to reduce manual effort
  • Support onboarding processes for new starters where training/compliance components are required

About you

  • Strong customer orientation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using learning management systems and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse problematic situations and provide effective solutions
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in training & development, information systems or related discipline
  • Experience working with a sales organisation and/or agricultural setting (desirable)
  • Current driver’s licence and Q-Fever vaccination (or proof of immunity)
