As a Business Banking Manager, you’ll join this high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
  • Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
  • Identify new referral opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
  • Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
  • Manage day to day compliance requirements.

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
  • A genuine passion for customer service.
  • A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours.
  • Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
