Job Title: Contract Administrator Company: ETM Group Australia Location: Sydney, NSW Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per annum plus superannuation About the Company ETM Group Australia is a Sydney-based provider of traffic management services and workforce solutions supporting construction, civil infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial sectors across Australia. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our growing operations team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering contracts related to construction, civil infrastructure and workforce service agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and supporting project delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review and administer contracts and subcontract agreements. Monitor contractual compliance, deliverables and performance obligations. Assist with tender preparation, contract negotiations and procurement processes. Track project costs, variations and payment claim in accordance with contract terms. Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients regarding contract matters. Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, variations and correspondence. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies and industry standards. Assist with dispute resolution and risk management related to contractual matters. Skills and Experience AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Construction Management, Business, Commerce, Law, or a related field or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications At least 2-3 year experience in contract administration or a similar role within construction or civil infrastructure. Strong understanding of contract management principles and procurement processes. Excellent organisational and document management skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract/project management systems.
