As a Business Development Support Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of our partnership network, supporting the day-to-day execution that supports the WFI growth strategies. The role coordinates efforts, connects stakeholders, and ensures high-quality delivery of details. You’ll work closely with senior business development leaders, internal teams, and external partners, helping translate plans into practical outcomes and keeping partnerships running smoothly as the business grows.
This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
- Support partnership and referral activity through hands‐on coordination, follow‐up, and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep initiatives progressing smoothly
- Coordinate sponsorships, events, meetings, and partner touchpoints from planning through to completion
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights that help leaders track activity and make informed decisions
- Support onboarding, contracts, and governance processes in collaboration with legal, marketing, and operations teams
- Keep initiatives on track by managing timelines, actions, and priorities across a varied and changing workload
What You'll Bring
- Experience in relationship‐focused, coordination, or support roles within sales, partnerships, or customer environments
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and shifting demands
- Confidence working with diverse stakeholders and keeping people aligned and informed
- Attention to detail and pride in following tasks through to completion
- Clear communication skills and a practical, solutions‐focused mindset
- Curiosity and learning agility, with openness to developing industry or product knowledge on the job
