What You’ll Be Doing

An exciting opportunity is available for a Sales Executive to join our high‐performing Selleys Retail Sales Team. In this varied role, you’ll manage a portfolio of Bunnings and independent hardware customers across Central & North Western NSW (including Lithgow, Young, Condobolin, Narrabri, Gunnedah, Orange, Bathurst, Mudgee, Dubbo), driving sustainable commercial growth through strong relationships and outstanding customer service.

This is a highly autonomous, field‐based role where you’ll spend most of your time on the road visiting customers, influencing ranging and buying decisions, and identifying opportunities to grow your territory. When not in store, you’ll be planning ahead -booking meetings, calling customers, and developing clear territory growth plans.

With health and safety at the forefront, your day‐to‐day will include staff training, merchandising, and executing sales plans to deliver against budgets and KPIs. What We’re Looking for

  • Proven sales and customer service experience ideally within retail hardware and trade industry
  • Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and build a strong rapport with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, using sales data and insights to inform decisions and customer engagement
  • Ability to understand a wide range of products and offerings across all channels
  • Proficient PC and Microsoft Office computer skills including exposure to using CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel (and be away from home for a week) once every six weeks
