External Collector | Intencity

Keep the games running, the prizes stocked, and the fun flowing.

Intencity has been creating fun, family-friendly entertainment experiences since 1995. Now part of Village Roadshow, we work closely with Village Cinemas and Warner Bros. Movie World to bring classic arcade favourites, contemporary video games, ticket games and prize redemption experiences to guests across Australia.

We’re looking for an External Collector to support our external Intencity locations across a flexible 7-day roster. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organised, confident with cash handling, and enjoys working independently while still being part of a broader team.

About the role

As an External Collector, you’ll help manage the day-to-day presentation, performance and compliance of our games at external locations. Working under the guidance of the External Manager, you’ll complete cash collections, maintain prize stock, support basic game upkeep, and ensure our external sites continue to deliver a safe, clean and family-friendly entertainment experience.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Completing external cash collections across a range of locations
  • Maintaining prize stock levels and ensuring displays are well presented
  • Keeping game areas clean, safe, organised and family friendly
  • Identifying and correcting minor game faults in line with your training and competency
  • Reporting technical issues that require further support
  • Providing friendly and professional service to internal and external customers
  • Supporting accurate cash handling, cash counting and monthly stocktaking
  • Preparing financial, operational or marketing reports where required
  • Following company policies, procedures and safety requirements
  • Completing other duties as directed by your manager

About you

You’ll bring:

  • A reliable and safe personal vehicle, plus a valid driver’s licence
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence handling cash
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • An interest in arcade, coin-operated or amusement equipment
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
  • A team-focused approach and willingness to support others when needed
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, school holidays and public holidays
