We’re seeking a skilled Grader Operator to join our team at Brunette Downs Station. Brunette Downs is situated 350 km northeast of the nearest town, Tennant Creek. Mount Isa, Queensland, is 660km southeast of Brunette Downs and is the Station’s main service town.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the grader to maintain and develop station roads and fire breaks in accordance with grading guidelines.
  • Perform general maintenance and upkeep of machinery.
  • Communicate property observations and updates to the Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
  • Undertake general station duties as directed by the Manager.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience operating graders, loaders, and excavators is highly regarded.
  • Appropriate licenses to operate machinery (NT minimum requirement: open car license, relevant tickets preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
