About the role

Provide high-level social work services across multiple clinical programs as an annual leave relief role, delivering psychosocial support to patients and families. Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive health outcomes and flexible service delivery.

About you

  • Deliver high-quality social work services, including assessment, intervention, and advocacy to support patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centred care and optimise service delivery
  • Apply evidence-based practice, professional judgement, and problem-solving to manage complex caseloads
  • Contribute to clinical education, supervision, and support of staff and students
  • Participate in quality improvement, research, and service development initiatives
