JOB DESCRIPTION: Quality Solar Systems Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian proprietary company, conveniently located at Unit 9, 140 Wecker Road, Mansfield QLD 4122. The company is currently seeking a permanent full-time Electrician to join its team. This position offers competitive compensation based on the candidate’s experience and skill level. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reads and understands technical drawings, wiring diagrams, mechanical diagrams, and manuals. Uses these diagrams to complete electrical wiring work safely and correctly. Installs electrical systems and equipment such as wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Repairs and maintains electrical and electrotechnology systems when problems occur. Tests electrical equipment to make sure it is working properly. Measures and plans the order of electrical installation tasks. Choose the right wires and cables for each job. Cuts and connects wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical parts. Works on electrical systems in both homes and commercial buildings. Connects electrical systems and equipment to the main power supply. Tests electrical circuits for continuity and resistance. Checks that all work meets safety rules and electrical standards. ATTRIBUTES: Minimum of 1 year relevant qualification is required.
