About the role.

We are currently searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be critical in supporting the fulfillment of food and consumable products to our 3PL warehouse and store network.

Key responsibilities of the position will include:

• Coordinate the day-to-day flow of products across suppliers, distribution centres, and stores
• Manage and resolve supply and distribution issues to maintain consistent service to the network
• Monitor key data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
• Support the delivery of product launches and promotional activity through effective supply planning
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and product data within supply chain systems
• Work closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure reliable delivery outcomes
• Contribute to process improvements and more efficient ways of working across the supply chain
• Support freight coordination, invoice validation, and general cost awareness across distribution
• Help maintain service standards during peak periods and unexpected disruptions

This is a permanent full-time position, based in our Hamilton Support office. We offer hybrid working arrangements, with 80% of your time being spent in office.

About you.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in Supply Chain, ideally developed in an organisation with a national footprint.
• Well refined communication skills, with the ability to develop and leverage relationships quickly and effectively.
• High attention to detail, prioritisation and time management skills.
• While not essential, experience in the Food and Beverage or Quick Service Restaurant industries are highly regarded.
