Your opportunity

As our valued Paid Programmatic Media Lead, you will take ownership of TPG Telecom’s programmatic media strategy end‐to‐end, driving performance, efficiency and innovation across the full funnel. You’ll lead high‐impact campaigns across display, video, audio, native and emerging channels, using data, technology and audience insight to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with our marketing, analytics, creative and product teams, you’ll shape best‐in‐class programmatic practice—staying ahead of platform innovation, evolving privacy requirements and changing customer behaviour. Responsibilities

Programmatic Strategy & Planning

  • Develop the overarching programmatic strategy across display, online video, native, audio, DOOH, and emerging channels.
  • Recommend optimal budget distribution, forecasting, and future investment opportunities.

Campaign Management & Optimisation

  • Oversee end‐to‐end setup and management of campaigns within DSPs (e.g., DV360, Amazon)
  • Oversee team optimisation and QA.

Measurement, Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop best measurement practices cross channels.
  • Oversee weekly, campaign and QBR reports

Data, Tech & Audience Leadership

  • Develop new and existing customer audience targeting frameworks for each brand/product.
  • Stay up‐to‐date on identity solutions, privacy changes, and cookie less targeting innovations.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in programmatic media, either in‐house or at an agency.
  • Hands‐on experience with key DSPs (e.g., DV360, Amazon).
  • Strong understanding of audience strategy, data partners, and measurement techniques.
