The Position

• Create fresh, nutritious meals that students and staff look forward to every day.
• Drive smooth, efficient kitchen operations while delivering exceptional food quality.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
• Champion food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards with confidence and consistency.
• Manage stock, ordering, and costs to keep the kitchen running at its best.

The Person

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) for the Chef role.
  Proven experience as a Chef for the Chef role.
• Previous experience as a Cook for the Cook role.
• Confident preparing high-volume meals without compromising quality or presentation.
• Strong food safety knowledge with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to obtain a paid Blue Card.
