ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the Australian Defence Force.

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team in Townsville. This casual role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or customer service experience seeking flexible work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food preparation and meal service
• Provide customer service in a dining environment
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Support kitchen and service operations
• Keep work areas clean and organised

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and flexible with availability
• Knowledge of food safety practices preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
