Operate in a fast-paced environment, support customers through major life events. You’ll manage complex claims from start to finish, assessing cases, gathering information, and making fair decisions based on policy guidelines. You’ll coordinate repairs and replacements with builders and suppliers, ensuring timely resolutions. Keeping customers informed, you’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maximise settlement opportunities. This is a permanent full-time role based in Bidjigal country (Hurstville) and Dharug country (Parramatta).

Your journey with IAG starts on 22 June 2026, where you’ll be supported with comprehensive, office‐based training and Rockpool development. Training runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and will be based at our Hurstville office for the first three months, giving you plenty of time to learn, connect and build confidence in the role.

What You'll Do
• Support customers through their claims journey, listening to their situation and helping find fair, practical outcomes.
• Manage property claims from start to finish, keeping customers informed every step of the way via phone and email.
• Work closely with suppliers, repairers and internal teams to ensure claims are progressed efficiently
• Balance multiple claims and priorities in a fast‐paced environment, especially during busy periods
• Assess information, ask the right questions, and make confident decisions in line with policy guidelines
• Bring empathy, professionalism and problem‐solving skills to every interaction, particularly when customers are under stress
