The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst – Electronic Product to join Crown’s Gaming team. This role plays a critical part in delivering high quality analysis, reporting and insights to support strategic decision making and sustained revenue growth across both the Electronic Gaming Machines and Electronic Table Games business.

Combining product and player analytics, the Senior Analyst partners closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage risks and deliver actionable recommendations. The role contributes to building critical reporting and analytics capabilities as we transform the way we manage data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering detailed reporting, analysis and insights across Electronic Gaming Product performance, initiatives and investments
  • Identifying revenue and cost opportunities or risks and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Developing enhancements to data platforms, reporting capabilities and analytical tools
  • Supporting Crown’s compliance obligations, with relevant reporting, audits, and testing to ensure compliant operation of Electronic Products

About You

This role suits a highly analytical professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for uncovering insights that drive business performance. You are confident presenting complex analysis to senior stakeholders and thrive in environments where data, strategy and operational outcomes intersect.
You bring a proactive mindset, high attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, compliance and governance standards within a regulated environment.
You will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Commerce, Statistics or similar
  • Experience in a commercial or analytical role, ideally within gaming or a complex industry
  • Strong analytical, reporting and data interpretation capabilities with experience in database structure/design and extraction using data warehouse tools (IBM Cognos, Google BigQuery, Microsoft Power BI)
  • Proven ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
