The Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Employee to join our Warehouse team on a casual basis. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across our business, including Food & Beverage, Hotels and other internal departments.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately pick, pack and dispatch stock to meet daily operational requirements
- Receive, store and rotate inventory in line with FIFO principles
- Deliver goods safely across various environments (cold, chilled and ambient)
- Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, RF scanners and tuggers
- Perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
- Support internal deliveries while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Assist with cellar operations when required (including keg deliveries)
- Conduct basic equipment checks and report faults or hazards promptly
- Deliver high-quality service to internal customers every shift

You’ll bring:
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of safe manual handling practices
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (or willingness to be trained)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, OHS, food safety and HACCP (desirable)
- MHE certification (required) and forklift licence (advantageous)
