The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Employee to join our Warehouse team on a casual basis. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across our business, including Food & Beverage, Hotels and other internal departments.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately pick, pack and dispatch stock to meet daily operational requirements
• Receive, store and rotate inventory in line with FIFO principles
• Deliver goods safely across various environments (cold, chilled and ambient)
• Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, RF scanners and tuggers
• Perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
• Support internal deliveries while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Assist with cellar operations when required (including keg deliveries)
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report faults or hazards promptly
• Deliver high-quality service to internal customers every shift

You’ll bring:

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong understanding of safe manual handling practices
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (or willingness to be trained)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, OHS, food safety and HACCP (desirable)
• MHE certification (required) and forklift licence (advantageous)
