The Team:
Statewide Mental Health Services aim to deliver an integrated, innovative services for people of all ages, providing world class high-quality person-focused care in mental health, alcohol and drug serves and correctional health. We work to improve the mental health, wellbeing, and recovery of individuals, their families, friends, and all Tasmanians, through an integrated health system and working collaboratively with our partners and the wider health and community sectors.
The Role:
You will provide a high-quality administrative and information management support to Statewide Mental Health Services within a dynamic multidisciplinary environment. This role plays a key part in supporting digital transformation and Activity Based Funding initiatives by ensuring the accurate collection, management and quality assurance of clinical and administrative data. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to work collaboratively while meeting tight timeframes in a sensitive health setting.
You will need
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with excellent accuracy, high attention to detail and within set guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with a broad range of people in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated experience in a contemporary office setting and ability to perform effectively using varied technology within a multi-disciplinary and highly sensitive environment.

Details of appointment:
Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
- Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
