Your role in action

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Project Management Office and Remediation and working within a close-knit team of three, you will be the engine room behind project coordination, governance, and stakeholder communication.

  • Coordinate actions, milestones, and remediation project deliverables
  • Manage team inbox requests and stakeholder queries
  • Maintain registers, trackers, and governance documentation
  • Organise meetings, reporting packs, and project updates
  • Follow up stakeholders for information and action ownership
  • Support consultants and project teams across priorities

What you will need to succeed

You will thrive in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly, and no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and enjoys bringing structure to complexity.

  • Experienced in project coordination or administration support
  • Strong capability managing competing priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Proven ability coordinating multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to quickly respond and adapt to change
  • Strong written communication and follow up skills
