Adventist Alpine Village is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Chef to join our team in the beautiful Snowy Mountains.

Located just minutes from Jindabyne, Adventist Alpine Village hosts school camps, church groups, sporting groups, conferences, holiday camps and special events throughout the year. During winter, our kitchen becomes the heart of the village, providing quality meals for groups ranging from 30 to over 200 guests.

About the Role

Working alongside our Head Chef, you will help prepare and serve a wide range of meals and catering offerings, including:

• Hot breakfasts

• Morning and afternoon teas

• Buffet and plated lunches

• Packed lunches for snow groups

• Evening meals

• Special dietary meals and requirements

You'll be part of a team delivering efficient, high-quality catering for large groups while maintaining excellent food safety and presentation standards.

What We're Looking For

• Chef qualifications

• At least one years’ experience

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

• Availability throughout the winter season
