About The Role

• Support store operations, retail standards and customer experience
• Lead inventory management including replenishment, stock integrity, backfill, inbounds/outbounds and night fill
• Analyse sales, trends and promotions to drive performance and VM outcomes
• Support rostering, safety leadership and team development
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including category and visual teams

What you’ll bring

• Retail leadership experience (big‑box retail ideal)
• Strong inventory or operational capability (highly desirable)
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• A customer‑first mindset and commitment to safety
• Automotive or mechanical knowledge is a bonus – not essential

We’re open to candidates from other industries , including warehousing, with strong transferable skills.
