Assistant Store Manager

About The Role
- Support store operations, retail standards and customer experience
- Lead inventory management including replenishment, stock integrity, backfill, inbounds/outbounds and night fill
- Analyse sales, trends and promotions to drive performance and VM outcomes
- Support rostering, safety leadership and team development
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including category and visual teams
What you’ll bring
- Retail leadership experience (big‑box retail ideal)
- Strong inventory or operational capability (highly desirable)
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- A customer‑first mindset and commitment to safety
- Automotive or mechanical knowledge is a bonus – not essential
We’re open to candidates from other industries , including warehousing, with strong transferable skills.
