About The Role

You’ll support the Store Leadership Team to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Lead and motivate the team
• Drive sales and customer engagement
• Support stock, visual merchandising and daily operations
• Promote a safe, positive and inclusive workplace

About You

• Previous supervisory experience in retail
• Passion for coaching and developing people
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• A love for cars, auto or hands‑on products (big bonus!)
