This is a 1 year max-term full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).

What You'll Do

• Design, build and implement pricing models and algorithms, supporting development of pricing structures for broker personal lines insurance portfolios
• Analyse pricing performance and market trends, providing insights that inform go to market strategies and ongoing optimisation
• Support delivery of pricing into new systems, contributing to transformation initiatives and enhancing pricing capability
• Support development and implementation of brokered personal lines strategies, balancing technical pricing with market and portfolio considerations
• Collaborate with teams across portfolio, product, data and risk to ensure pricing approaches align with business goals and customer outcomes
• Contribute to team capability by sharing knowledge, supporting peers and participating in projects that drive innovation and improvement.

What You'll Bring

• 5 + years experience in general insurance pricing or similar analytical roles, with exposure to brokered pricing models and data driven decision making
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience using tools such as SAS, R, Python or SQL for modelling and analysis
• Understanding of actuarial or technical pricing techniques, with interest in developing deeper expertise.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders
• A collaborative and curious mindset, with a desire to learn, improve and contribute to team outcomes.
