The role
Join a team of gaming professionals dedicated to elevating the casino experience at Crown Sydney. We are seeking Trainee Dealers on a Full-time basis who are enthusiastic about making a difference, being recognised for outstanding service, and developing their skills in Australia’s most luxurious casino.

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the gaming industry. You’ll receive comprehensive training to build your skills and knowledge, ensuring you’re well-prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll also have the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Certificate III in Hospitality.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
  • Have flexible availability across a 24/7 rotating roster, including public holidays (Please note: shift preferences are not offered)
  • Be able to commit to a 5-week full-time training schedule (Monday to Friday during business hours), commencing in March 2026

About you

  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a premium setting
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Strong mathematical calculation skills
  • Consistently punctual and dependable for all shifts and training
  • High level of integrity
  • Willingness to complete a physical assessment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (CSEL)
