  • Understanding landholder operations and managing project impacts and expectations

  • Providing input on risks, terms and commercial considerations for land access

  • Supporting existing land agreements and ongoing land and Origin owned property management matters

This role sits within Origin's Government, Community and Approvals environment, supporting the Development and Construction team with delivery of renewable and cleaner energy projects across Australia and can be based at either our Sydney or Brisbane offices.

About You

You bring a strong balance of relationship management and commercial thinking, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and reach practical outcomes.

You're comfortable working in evolving project environments and enjoy being out engaging with stakeholders, not just behind a desk.

You'll bring:

  • Experience negotiatng agreements, ideally related to land, property or infrastructure

  • Commercial acumen and the ability to assess risk, value and long term implications
