As a Business Support Coordinator you will provide day to day support to frontline Consultants and Team Leaders within CTP Claims, enabling timely resolution of customer enquiries and accurate progression of claims. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do

• Ensure inbound requests, sensitive documentation and time critical tasks are managed promptly and correctly

• Handle inbound phone queries from providers
• Support claims accuracy, data integrity and regulatory compliance
• General Administration e.g. printing and posting, vehicle updates on claims details, requesting police reports
• Answer queries from our partner teams

What You'll Bring

• Experience in an Administration, Operations or Customer Service Roles
• Proficiency with excel and general Microsoft Office applications.
• Insurance Claims experience or knowledge is desirable
• Confident communicator
• High attention to detail
• Effective organisation and time-management skills
