We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Relief Care Manager to join our dynamic team. This unique role involves travel across Care Communities in Melbourne, providing vital leadership and clinical support where it’s needed most. 🌈 About the Role:
- Provide interim leadership and clinical oversight across multiple Care Communities
- Travel regularly within the Melbourne region.
- Mentor and support local clinical teams to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with General Managers and regional teams to ensure continuity and excellence
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold Aged Care Standards
- Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence

👤 About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven leadership or management experience in aged care or healthcare
- Strong clinical knowledge and adaptability to work across different teams and settings
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Melbourne South East region
- A passion for making a meaningful difference every day
