At A-To-Z Vehicle Certifications, we are a well-established and thriving Automotive Engineering business dedicated to delivering exceptional service, expert advice, and industry-leading vehicle certification solutions. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused individual to become a valued member of our team in a full-time Front Office position.

About the Role

As the First Point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our business. Your responsibilities will include:

·         Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach

·         Managing incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately

·         Scheduling and coordinating appointments

·         Preparing invoices and performing data entry tasks

·         Maintaining office systems, filing, and supplies

·         Providing general administrative support to the team

·         Assisting with a range of office duties to help keep our operations running smoothly.

About You

We are looking for someone who is positive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have:

·         Previous experience in reception, administration, or a similar office-based role

·         Experience using Xero software

·         Confidence using phone systems, general office software, and office equipment

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

·         The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment

·         A current driver’s licence

·         A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently once trained
