In the role of Head of Customer Acquisitions, you will join the Home Ownership team that’s doubling down on customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it and winning together.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Own and drive end-to-end Home Lending digital acquisition strategy and ecosystem
  • Optimise “new to NAB/Home Lending” lead generation and conversion performance
  • Partner with Marketing, Digital and Delivery to prioritise growth initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional execution of acquisition and top-of-funnel strategies
  • Drive short- and long-term initiatives to improve growth, efficiency and outcomes

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Significant experience in banking/financial services (strategy or product preferred)
  • Proven experience operating at senior/executive level in complex organisations
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate into execution and ability to influence across complex, cross-functional environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance or related discipline
