Crown Spa is seeking an experienced Senior Therapist to deliver exceptional spa treatments while supporting the ongoing development of our therapy team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll provide five-star massage and beauty treatments, lead by example on service and presentation standards, assist with onboarding and training, and contribute to retail and treatment revenue.

This position is being offered as an 18-month Fixed Term contract.

About you:

• Diploma-qualified in Massage and/or Beauty Therapy
• Extensive experience in a luxury day spa environment
• Strong technical skills across a range of treatments
• Passion for coaching, mentoring and service excellence
• Professional, polished and guest-focused
• Strong technical and inventory skills
