About the role
We are seeking Harvest Recruitment Coordinators to join our team on a fixed term basis (for approx 5 months) starting 24th June 2026 to support the recruitment of our Harvest casuals. The position will be based at our Sydney offices in Barangaroo. Every year we recruit thousands of casual workers to help us deliver an outstanding service to growers and customers. As part of our Human Resources team, you will support our harvest recruitment activities.

Harvest is the safe and efficient movement of millions of tonnes of grain into our receival sites across Queensland, NSW and Victoria. As you can imagine it is a big effort and focus from our teams – and our harvest workers are crucial to that process. We are looking for you to help us find our Harvest Casuals!

This role will see you based out of the International Towers on the harbour foreshore of Barangaroo at one of Australia’s most progressive workspaces and one of the world’s most sustainable commercial precincts. It is also Australia’s first large-scale carbon-neutral community. A hybrid working pattern is on offer.

Key responsibilities of this role;

• Using a prominent HR information system, SAP SuccessFactors
• Applying recruitment screening practices to ensure the right candidates are in the right position
• Validating legal right to work and advising on various Australian visas.
• Engaging with business stakeholders to support their people resourcing.
• Understanding and applying enterprise agreements.
• Supporting employees through the recruitment process to be operationally effective on day one.
