About the role:

As a Residential Portfolio Partner, you’ll provide flexible leadership and operational support across a portfolio of residential aged care homes, ensuring continuity, stability and excellence in service delivery.

Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, Residential Service Managers and support teams, you’ll step into services requiring interim leadership support, assist during leadership transitions, and provide targeted operational, clinical and compliance guidance where additional expertise is needed.

Through your experience, you’ll support homes to achieve high standards of quality, safety and compliance while ensuring a positive resident experience and strong operational performance. You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement, strengthen workforce capability and support sustainable occupancy and financial outcomes.

Your ability to quickly build relationships, assess priorities and adapt to different environments will be key to your success as you travel across residential homes within your portfolio.

What makes this role unique?

As a Residential Portfolio Partner, no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of residential homes, sharing your expertise, supporting service leaders, strengthening teams and helping maintain exceptional care for residents during periods of change, growth or transition.

Your leadership will play a critical role in ensuring residents continue to receive safe, person-centred care while supporting teams to succeed and thrive across the portfolio.

Role requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Residential Service Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within aged care or a related health sector
  • Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to quickly engage, support, coach and develop teams across multiple locations
  • Proven experience leading operational, clinical and compliance outcomes within residential aged care
  • Strong understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards, accreditation requirements and continuous improvement practice
  • Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance
  • Current Queensland Driver Licence and willingness to travel regularly across residential aged care homes across Queensland.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements

  • Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum
  • A recognition and rewards platform, providing employee discounts at hundreds of retailers, including everyday expenses, holidays, health insurance, annual awards celebration, wellbeing and employee assistance programs
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave and 2 weeks paid partner leave, available after 6 months service, in addition to the government scheme
  • Diversity and inclusive leave, offering paid gender affirmation leave and cultural leave options (paid and unpaid) for those who may celebrate Lunar New Year, Diwali, Ramadan, NAIDOC weeks and other significant cultural events
