Own the delivery of NAB’s Annual Report and Interim Financial Report
Apply technical accounting judgement to complex and emerging issues
Partner closely with senior leaders, auditors and regulators in a highly governed environment

In the role of Associate Director, you will join our Group Statutory Reporting team that’s doubling down onowning it!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Lead the preparation and delivery of NAB’s external statutory reporting, including the Annual Report and Interim Financial Report
Ensure disclosures are accurate, complete, timely and fully compliant with AASB/IFRS, regulatory and governance requirements
Apply sound technical judgement to complex accounting treatments and disclosure matters
Coordinate and review inputs across finance, risk, sustainability, legal and other contributors
Manage engagement with external auditors and support audit clearance and regulatory scrutiny
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Extensive experience in external statutory reporting within a large, complex or regulated organisation
Deep practical expertise applying AASB/IFRS to complex transactions and disclosures
Proven track record delivering Annual Reports, Financial Statements and Interim Reports
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior executives and external auditors
High attention to detail, strong analytical capability and the discipline to deliver under tight statutory deadlines
