Property Administration Officer (9-Month Fixed Term Contract - 4 days a week Monday / Thursday)

At Hungry Jack’s, we're continuing to grow our restaurant network across Australia, and we're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Administration Officer to join our Development Team on a 9-month fixed term contract, (4 days per week, Monday - Thursday).

Based at our National Support Centre in Woolloomooloo, this role provides vital administrative support to the team responsible for the development, refurbishment and management of our restaurant portfolio. Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, you will help ensure the smooth operation of property and development activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and general administrative support
  • Raising purchase orders for capital projects in Oracle
  • Processing and reconciling invoices
  • Assisting with the reconciliation of rent, outgoings and turnover rent
  • Maintaining departmental records and documentation
  • Supporting property administration and project coordination activities
  • Assisting the Development Team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required

About You

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in administration, accounts, property administration or a similar role
  • Experience with invoicing and reconciliations is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
