We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Towers Front Office team.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Provide personalised and seamless check in and check out experience for all guests.
  • Display an in-depth knowledge of Crown hotel products and facilities, as well as service offerings across the broader Crown complex.
  • Provide a professional, friendly, and courteous approach to all customers recognising different needs of individuals and attending to them accordingly.

About you

  • Previous experience in a premium Hotel or Tourism and Hospitality related customer service role is preferred.
  • A strong work ethic and a passion to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • The ability to multi-task while having a very strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (OPERA) would be advantageous.
  • This role requires flexibility to work across a rotating 24/7 roster including weekends, overnights and public holidays.
