ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the Australian Defence Force.

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant / Kitchenhand to join our team at Blamey Barracks, Kapooka. This role is ideal for candidates looking for variety across both customer service and kitchen work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food prep, meal service and kitchen support
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Support dining room and kitchen operations
• Keep work areas clean and organised
• Provide quality customer service

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, kitchen or food service preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable with flexible availability
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
