About The RoleOur Brisbane office is looking for a Payroll superstar to join our team which will support our QLD operations. This role is accountable for coordinating the preparation and distribution of employee remuneration in an accurate and timely manner. This is a 9-month opportunity due to parental leave.
What You’ll Do
- UKG changes and maintaining accurate master data
- Answering all payroll queries through the ticketing system
- Process and distribute payroll, ensuring the regular payment of full entitlements to all employees in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain accurate employee data including importing payroll files
- Maintain an up to date understanding of all Awards, Agreements, and Acts pertaining to payroll and the Coal Industry
- Respond to email enquiries
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a payroll officer
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in the use of SAP, Success Factors and Kronos (desirable)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
