SpotOnCare is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Worker to support NDIS participants in achieving their goals and maintaining their independence.

Location:

• Putney NSW

• Hobart TAS

• All suburbs in Victoria (South, West, Bendigo, Mornington, Melbourne, etc.)

About the Role:

• Provide community access and social support

• Assist with daily living activities

• Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals

• Promote independence, choice, and inclusion

• Maintain accurate shift notes and documentation

About You:

• Passionate about supporting people with disabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, professional, and person-centred in your approach

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
