VictoriaPosted 09-05-2026

Job description

Help us deliver like never before

We’re looking for a Technical Specialist – UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeping) to join our diverse, talented and innovative Digital Technology team who together are helping our customers and communities build a better future. Together, we design, build and maintain products, services and experiences that Australians love and trust, while delivering a sustainable future for Australia Post — and you could be part of that.

We're empowered to deliver for our teams and to delight our customers. We provide an inclusive and supportive environment that nurtures talented people, trusts our teams to deliver their best, and leverages modern work practices and technologies. It’s an unexpectedly dynamic and collaborative culture that feels more like a start-up than a 213-year-old icon.

**What you’ll deliver with us **

As our Technical Specialist – UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeping), you’ll play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our Time & Attendance capability within the UKG Pro WFM platform. Working within the People & Culture Applications Technology team, you’ll manage production support, deliver enhancements, and help ensure the system meets evolving operational and compliance needs.

You’ll work closely with payroll, operations, and retail stakeholders, acting as a key link between the business and vendor to resolve issues, improve processes, and support a major rollout into retail environments.

**You’ll also **

  • Configure and enhance timekeeping rules, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and improved workforce flexibility
  • Manage production tickets and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and a strong end-user experience
  • Translate business requirements into system enhancements across the UKG platform and system integrations
  • Work closely with UKG and delivery partners to resolve issues and deliver ongoing improvements
  • Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities to optimise system reliability and efficiency

About you

You’re a hands-on, solutions-focused specialist who enjoys working across both technical and business teams. You’re confident engaging with a range of stakeholders—from frontline operations through to payroll and vendors—and take pride in delivering stable, reliable systems that make a real impact.

**You’ll also need **

  • Strong experience with Time & Attendance systems (UKG Pro WFM highly regarded)
  • A solid understanding of timekeeping, payroll processes, and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing production support, incidents, and system configurations in a complex environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working across BAU support and project delivery

How we’ll deliver for you

  • Be part of a major rollout into Retail, transforming how workforce management is delivered at scale
  • Own and shape the capability – from support through to enhancements and optimisation
  • Join a collaborative, down-to-earth team that values learning, flexibility, and strong relationships
