We are seeking highly motivated and innovative Business Intelligence Analysts (Visualisation Specialist) to join our Smarter Data Program team.

As an APS 6 Business Intelligence Analyst (Visualisation Specialist), you will use your extensive experience in data visualisation, modelling techniques and business knowledge to address business problems and support data‑driven decision‑making through clear, high‑quality visual insights.

You will analyse and interpret data from multiple sources, develop and validate models and calculations, and communicate findings through compelling, easy‑to‑understand visuals and narratives to influence business outcomes and inform decision‑making. You’ll be accountable for managing your own workflow with a high level of autonomy, prioritising work to meet competing deadlines, and contributing specialist advice within your work area and team plans.

You will also support and guide others, promote consistent and best‑practice visualisation standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of visualisation capability across the organisation.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Perth or Sydney CBD.
