We are currently seeking a detail-focused Administration Data Entry Clerk to support our Sales team and help keep our operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process builder sales orders accurately
  • Coordinate deliveries with customers
  • Confirm order details with customers and Sales Representatives
  • Liaise with suppliers as required
  • Work closely with Purchasing and Warehouse teams
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales team

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Clear communication and a team-focused attitude
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Admin or data entry experience (preferred)
  • Microsoft Business Central experience is desirable (not essential)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite is essential
