About the Role
As the Head of Workforce and Mobility RAC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a person-centred, agile, and future-ready workforce. You’ll lead a team of Workforce Leads and Business Partners and collaborate with home administrators to ensure our staffing strategies meet evolving care needs and regulatory standards.

Your leadership will drive:

  • Strategic roster planning and workforce optimisation
  • Seamless onboarding and internal mobility programs
  • Career pathways and talent development initiatives
  • Workforce planning aligned to Daily Care Minutes
  • Recruitment, retention, and employer branding strategies
  • Budget oversight and cost-saving initiatives
  • Stakeholder engagement across internal and external networks

About you:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years in operations or business management
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in workforce planning and mobility management
  • Knowledge of aged care regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in workforce management software
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
